5. 📦 Service Execution
- Vendors must confirm availability and readiness before accepting bookings.
- Services must be delivered as described, within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- If a service cannot be fulfilled, Vendors must notify Pick Up GH immediately to initiate cancellation or reassignment.

6. ❌ Prohibited Conduct
Vendors must not:
- Misrepresent services, pricing, or qualifications
- Engage in unsafe, unlawful, or unethical practices
- Accept bookings outside the platform without authorization
- Share client data or misuse platform tools
- Solicit payments or tips outside the platform

7. 🔐 Data and Privacy
- Vendors agree to handle Client data responsibly and in accordance with the Pick Up GH Privacy Policy.
- Personal data may only be used for service fulfillment and must not be stored or shared externally.

8. ⚠️ Liability and Disputes
- Vendors are responsible for the quality and safety of services provided.
- Pick Up GH may mediate disputes between Clients and Vendors, and reserves the right to withhold payments or deactivate accounts based on investigation outcomes.
- Vendors must cooperate with all resolution procedures and maintain records of service delivery.

Pick Up GH is a trusted logistics platform that connects Riders and Fleet Operators with Clients for secure, same-day package delivery across Ghana.
- By accepting delivery requests through the Pick Up GH App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- Riders operate under the supervision of Pick Up GH and are responsible for completing deliveries professionally and safely.
- Pick Up GH monitors rider performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

2. 📦 Delivery Agreement
- A Delivery Agreement is formed between Pick Up GH and the Client when a delivery request is accepted.

3. 📋 Rider Requirements
To operate on the Pick Up GH platform, Riders must:
- Provide valid documentation:
- Ghana Card (front & back)
- Rider’s License (front & back)
- Motorbike registration and insurance details
- Maintain a roadworthy motorbike and wear safety gear (helmet, reflective vest)
- Use the Pick Up GH App for all delivery communications and updates
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations

4. ❌ Prohibited Packages
Riders must not accept or deliver the following:
- Items over 15 kg or too large for safe transport
- Living beings, body parts, fluids, or biological substances
- Cash, jewelry, credit cards, or other valuables
- Weapons, ammunition, or hazardous materials
- Controlled drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or food items
- Stolen goods or items requiring special permits
- Any item exceeding the GHS 10,000 value limit
Riders may cancel a delivery if the package is prohibited or unsuitable. A Cancellation Fee may apply.

- Pick Up GH is responsible for the execution and fulfillment of all accepted delivery requests.

- A Delivery Agreement is formed between the Client and Pick Up GH when a delivery request is accepted.
- Pick Up GH assigns a verified Rider or Fleet Operator to complete the delivery.

3. 💰 Package Value Limit
- The maximum declared value of any package must not exceed **GHS 10,000**.
- Clients must accurately declare the value of the package during the request process.
